Obituary
CHADBOURN--Jannie Lee Shaw, 63, of 1671 Tommie Wooten Road, Chadbourn, died Wednesday, January 10, at her residence.
She was the daughter of the late Elder B. F. Shaw and Macie McDuffie Shaw.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 16, at Zion Wall Free Will Baptist Church, 415 West Institute Street, Chadbourn, by Bishop Frederick Murray. Burial will be in the Belvue Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the church Tuesday one hour prior to the service, and there will be no viewing after the service.
Surviving are her daughter, Teleshia Shaw of Bronx, NY; son, Charles Shaw of Norcross, GA; sisters, Betty Hill of Birmingham, AL, Mylene Griffin of Augusta, GA, Wannetta Rankins of Middletown, CT, and Geraldine Brown of Durham; and brothers, Robert Shaw of Wilmington and Ben Shaw of Atlanta, GA.

It's been one month and two days since you've been gone and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't reach for the phone to talk to you. I play back voicemails just to hear your laugh. I miss you mama more than words can express and I know God needed you more. Me & Charles miss u, & we love you mama.
