CHADBOURN—Anthony Warren Chestnut, 46, of 203 Jackson Street, Chadbourn, died Tuesday, December 17, at his home.
He was the son of the late Leon Chestnut and Deloris Smith Chestnut.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday, December 21, at Zion Wall Freewill Baptist Church, 415 West Institute Street, Chadbourn, by Elder Ricky Mason and Pastor Wendell Gore. Burial will be in the Belvue Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Saturday following the service.
Surviving are his son, Isaac Miller of Chadbourn; stepsons, Benjamin Owens of Chadbourn and Omar Owens of Philadelphia, PA; stepdaughter, Mieshia Robertson of Chadbourn; brothers, Linwood Chestnut of Mullins, SC, Lamorris Chestnut of Chadbourn, and Jerome Chestnut of Hampstead; sisters, Adelyn Brown of Raeford, Sarah Graham of Greensboro, and Sharon McDowell of Elizabethtown.
Friends may visit the family at 509 Clark Street, Chadbourn, NC.
