Betty Burney Obituary

COUNCIL—Betty Mae Harvey Burney, 82, of 956 Microwave Tower Road, Council, died Tuesday, June 5, at her residence.

The funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday, June 10, at Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 10133 NC Highway 211 East, Council. Burial will be in the New Hope Community Cemetery.

There will be no public viewing.

Surviving are her daughter, Pandora B. Lee of the home; son, Sammie G. Burney, Jr. of Radcliff, KY; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
