Charkesha Solomon Obituary

CLARKTON—Charkesha Shamel Solomon, 31, of 4075 Carver Moore Road, Clarkton, died Monday, July 29, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.

The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 3, at Sandy Plain Missionary Baptist Church, 903 Farmers Union Road, Clarkton, by Rev. Gregory Spaulding, pastor of Union Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Mitchell Field Cemetery.

There will be no public viewing.

Surviving are her father, Charles Solomon of Tar Heel; sister, Arabia Simmons of Whiteville; maternal grandparents, Tyson E. and Katie Moore of Clarkton; and maternal great-grandmother, Margaret McNeill of Red Springs.
