WHITEVILLE—Clifton Bernard Hardy, 68, of 258 West Frink Street, Whiteville died Saturday, December 14, at his home.
He was the son of the late Boisy Hardy and Bessie Lee Brown Hardy and was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday, December 21, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville by Bishop Kenneth Cutler. Burial, with military honors, will be in the Campground Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Saturday one hour prior to the service. There is no viewing after the service.
Surviving are his wife, Carrie Lee Hardy; daughters, Shenita Redonia Hardy of Whiteville, Melissa A. Dubar and R’Shea O. Dubar of Atlanta, GA; sons, Clifton Saun-Tonial Hardy of Maryland and Frederick Charles Henry of Wilmington; brother, Boice Hardy of Woodbridge, VA; and four grandchildren.
