Edith Churchville Obituary
WHITEVILLE—Edith Victoria “Vickie” Matthews Churchville, 76, of 2271 Baldwin Road, Whiteville, died Sunday, October 14, at her residence.
She was the daughter of the later John D. Matthews and Annie Richardson Matthews.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 20, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville by Brother John Huff. Burial will be in the Welches Creek Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and Saturday one hour prior to the service. There will be no viewing after the service.
Surviving are her husband, Thomas Dillahunt; daughter, Regina Moore of West Orange, NJ; son, James Churchville of the home; foster sister, Martha Stanford of Landover, MD; stepdaughter, Rita Agurs of Charlotte; and stepsons, Darrel Dillahunt of Ashland, MA, Thomas Dillahunt, Jr. of Wilmington, Timothy Dillahunt of Connecticut, Richard Dillahunt of Charlotte, and Brian Dillahunt of Matthews.
