Hazel McMillan Obituary
WHITEVILLE—Hazel Shipman McMillan, 79, of 705 Baldwin Circle, Whiteville, died Friday, August 31, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Angel House.
She was the daughter of the late Frances Frink of Shallotte and Edward Shipman of Whiteville.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Friday, September 7, at New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1980 Millpond Road, Whiteville, by Rev. Anthony Rowell. Cremation will follow.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Thursday from 1:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Friday following the service.
Surviving are her daughters, Barbara McMillan of the home, Franzetta McMillan and DeMaris McMillian of Whiteville; sons, Joseph Kenneth McMillan of Shallotte and Paul McMillan of Georgia; sisters, Carolyn Smith of Bolton, Phyllis Wilson of Whiteville, and Carolyn Frink of Shallotte; brothers, Cornelius Shipman and Tony Edward Shipman of Whiteville, and Jerry Frink of Texas.
