LAKE WACCAMAW—Janice Elizabeth Mitchell Bryant, 72, of 302 James Avenue, Lake Waccamaw, died Thursday, September 20, at her residence.

She was the daughter of the late James Pettie Mitchell and Bessie Mae Jacobs Mitchell of Hallsboro.

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 13, at Mount Hebron AME Zion Church, 570 Red Bug Road, Hallsboro, by Rev. Donald Mapson.

Surviving are her son, Darren Bryant of Myrtle Beach, SC; sisters, Esther Hall and Gloria Askew of Hallsboro; and brother, Albert O’Neil Mitchell of Carolina Beach.
