WHITEVILLE—Jennie McMillan Freeman, 81, died Thursday, September 27, at Shoreland Healthcare & Retirement Center.

A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 3, at Hallsboro Memorial Park, 1361 Hallsboro Road South, Hallsboro.

There will be no public viewing.

Surviving are her son, Elbert Freeman of Lake Waccamaw; brother, Murray McMillan of Whiteville; and sister, Emma McMillan of Charlotte.
