WHITEVILLE—Lester Dudley, 43, formerly of Jersey City, NJ, died Wednesday, July 10, at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Thursday, July 18, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville by Pastor Cameron Hankins of New Christian Chapel Church in Rose Hill. Burial will be in the Evans Cemetery in Bolivia.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Thursday one hour prior to the service.
Surviving are his mother, Rosenell Smith of New Jersey; sisters, Darlese Smith of New Jersey, Tasha Charles of Florida, and Roselee Dudley of Leland; brothers, Jessie Dudley of Whiteville, Tony Dudley and Anthony Dudley of New Jersey, and Johnny Dudley of Leland.
