HALLSBORO—Lula Beatrice Boone Register, 90, of 90 Oak Tree Street, Hallsboro, died Saturday, February 2, at her residence.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday, February 9, at Mount Hebron AME Zion Church, 570 Red Bug Road, Hallsboro, by Bishop Staccato Powell. Burial will be in the Hallsboro Memorial Park.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Saturday one hour prior to and following the service.
Surviving are her daughters, Lenora Register of Whiteville and Trina Wigfall of Forestville, MD; sons, Joseph Register, Jr., Quincy Register, and Paul Register of Hallsboro, Jasper Register of Winston-Salem, and Vernon Register of Forestville, MD; stepson, Ronald Murphy of New Haven, CT; and sister, Eunice Livingston of Hallsboro.
