Mrs. Elsie Taylor Obituary

WHITEVILLE—Missionary Elsie R. Taylor, 74, of 2193 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, died Wednesday, August 30, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System. The funeral will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday, September 3, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville. Burial will be in the Kelly Cemetery in Bladenboro. Viewing will be at the funeral home Saturday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until time for the service. There will be no viewing after the service. Surviving are her husband, Vidal Taylor; a daughter, Evangelist Desonia Martin of Whiteville; a sister, Willomena McNair of Whiteville; two brothers, Mack Lester Jones of Whiteville and Raymond Jones, Jr. of the home. Friends may visit the family at the home of Evangelist Desonia Martin, 115 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Whiteville.
