WHITEVILLE—Elder Perry Shipman, Jr., 63, of 2031 Millie-Christine Road, Whiteville, died Wednesday, September 4, at his residence.

A memorial service will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 10, at the Brunswick-Waccamaw Baptist Association Headquarters, 600 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, by Dr. Ronald Brown, pastor of Love Grove Free Will Baptist Church.

Surviving are his daughters, Tyronda McMillian of Elizabethtown, Dorothy Williams of Rocky Mount, Ressie Taylor, and Alicia Campos of Bladenboro; sisters, Arlene Mallory, Cynthia Shipman, and Doretha Burney of Whiteville; and brothers, James Albert Baldwin and Earnest Baldwin of Whiteville

Friends may visit the family at 300 Della Street, Elizabethtown.
