WHITEVILLE—Vernon Lee McLean, 56, of 428 West Virgil Street, Whiteville, died Saturday, June 15, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 22, at Central Missionary Baptist Church, 443 West Virgil Street, Whiteville, by Rev. David Flowers. Burial will be in the Millican Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Saturday one hour prior to and following the service.
Surviving are his daughters, Shantanea McLean of Clarkton, Lashonda Holt of Tulsa, OH, and Samantha Jacobs of Whiteville; sisters, Edith Davis of Chadbourn and Gwendolyn Jones of Santa Barbara, CA; and brothers, William McLean, Jr. of the home and Gregory McLean of Charlotte.
Friends may visit the family at 270 Midway Drive, Chadbourn, NC.
