Vernon Scipio Obituary

BALTIMORE, MD Mr. Vernon Tyrone Scipio, 49, formerly of Chadbourn, died Sunday, July 30, at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The funeral will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 5, at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville. Burial will be in the Belvue Cemetery in Chadbourn. Viewing will be at the funeral home Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service. Surviving are a daughter, Jamila Willie of Baltimore, MD; his mother, Yvonnie Faison Scipio of Baltimore, MD; two sisters, Lydia Faison and Kenyetta Scipio of Baltimore, MD; two brothers, Darien Scipio and Kendrick Scipio of Baltimore, MD.
