LAKE WACCAMAW—Aaron Meldin “Chute” Freeman, 78, of 7943 Chaunceytown Road, Lake Waccamaw, NC, died Monday, September 21, 2020, at Duke Raleigh Hospital.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Sunday, September 27, at Mitchell Field Cemetery, 240 Mitchell Field Road, Clarkton, NC.
There will be no public viewing.
Surviving are his wife, Pauline Spaulding Freeman; daughters, Angela Clark and Connie Freeman of the home, and Andrea Solomon of Lake Waccamaw, NC; sisters, Lessie Elizabeth Freeman of Lake Waccamaw, NC, Celestine Antone of Whiteville, NC, Sharon Freeman and Tonya Moore of Clarkton, NC; brothers, Willie Freeman of Clarkton, NC and Lonnie Freeman of Lake Waccamaw, NC.
