WHITEVILLE, NC—Alfredia Marie Ward Godwin, 72, of 294 Midway Road, Whiteville, NC, died Monday, February 1, 2021, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
A graveside service will be 1:00 PM Saturday, February 6, at Campground Cemetery, 1309 Highway 701 Bypass North, Whiteville, NC, by Rev. John Brown.
Walk-thru viewing will be Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville.
Surviving are her husband, Harrison Godwin, Jr.; son, Omar Godwin of the home; stepson, Derrick Godwin of Whiteville, NC; mother, Thelma Ward of Whiteville, NC; sisters, Evelyn Rorie (Bobby) and Ruth Nadine Ward of Whiteville, NC; brothers, Roscoe Hemmingway (Estelle) of Nakina, NC and Tony Ward (Priscilla) of Whiteville, NC.
