WHITEVILLE—Annie Mae Kemp Chestnut, 90, of 423 Midway Road, Whiteville, died Friday, August 7, 2020, at her residence.
A graveside service will be 12:00 PM Thursday, August 13, at Pickett Memorial Park, 1049 Flynn Cemetery Road, Whiteville, NC, by Pastor Robert D. Williams.
Walk-thru viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
Surviving are her daughters, Annie J. Chestnut of Whiteville, NC, Mary Chestnut of the home, Donna Pierce and Blanche Thurman of Hallsboro, NC, Stella Vaught of Fayetteville, NC, Henrietta Carter of Wilmington, NC, and Lorene Mahoney of Chadbourn, NC; sons, James Chestnut of the home, Fredrick Currie of Chadbourn, NC, and James Long of Raleigh, NC; 22 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 5 great great-grandchildren.
