WHITEVILLE—Anthony Legrant Hawkins, 67, of 838 Bitmore Road, Whiteville, died Monday, September 12, 2022, at his home.

A Graveside Service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 21, at Cherry Grove Cemetery, 660 Vinson Boulevard, Whiteville, by Dr. J. R. leach.

There will be no public viewing.

Surviving are his son, Anthony Legrant Hawkins, Jr. of Council, NC; father, James O’neal Hawkins of Whiteville; stepmother, Helen Hawkins of Charlotte, NC; paternal grandmother, Olliemish Hawkins of Whiteville; sister, Briget Ward of Charlotte, NC; brother, James O’neal Hawkins, Jr. of Palm Pay, FL.
