FAYETTEVILLE, NC—Antoinette Shavon Adams Franklin, 53, formerly of Chadbourn, NC, died Monday, March 30, 2026, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

The funeral will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 8, at Mount Horeb AME Church, 187 Otis-Donell Nixon Road, Evergreen, NC.  Burial will be in the Evergreen Community Cemetery.

Viewing will be at the church Wednesday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Surviving are her mother, Helen Adams of Fayetteville, NC; sisters, Cassandra Campbell of Hope Mills, NC, April Gadberry of Hope Mills, NC, Kimberly Ross of Fayetteville, NC, Sheila Chestnut of Frederick, MD, Debra Ingram of Edgewood, MD, Pandora McInnis and Sharon McInnis of Whiteville, Tonya McInnis of Wilmington, NC, Kim Wortham of Clarendon, NC, Michelle Paige of Charlotte, NC, Latoya Townsend of Whiteville, and Latisha Evans of Gary, IN; brothers, Raymond Adams, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC, Tony Adams of Bowie, MD, Anthony Ray Adams of Columbus, OH, Jeremiah McInnis and Anthony Townsend of Whiteville, and Edward McMillian of Gary, IN.
