WHITEVILLE—Brenda Joyce Jones, 72, of 385 Jones-Edwards Circle, Whiteville, died Monday, February 17, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, February 26, at Mill Branch Missionary Baptist Church, 645 Harrelsonville Road, Whiteville, by Rev Andy Anderson, eulogist, and Pastor John Langley, officiant. Burial will be in the Cherry Grove Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Tuesday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Wednesday one hour prior to the services. There will be no viewing after the service.
Surviving are her husband, Anthony Jones; daughters, Marilyn Jones and Lisha Jones of Whiteville; sisters, Juanita Green, Mary Ann Jones, Phillis McKoy, and Karen Bryant of Whiteville; brothers, Herman Jones, Rudolph Jones, Ellis Jones, Jr., and Danny Jones of Whiteville, Herbert Jones of Alamogordo, NM, and Bobby Jones of Tampa, FL.
