WHITEVILLE—Carol Sylvia Medina Rubin, 58 of 1701 Chadbourn Highway, Whiteville, NC, died Friday, May 09, 2025 at home.
She was a veteran of the U. S. Army.
The funeral will be 12:00 PM Friday, May 16, at Brunswick-Waccamaw Baptist Headquarters, 600 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, NC, by Pastor Robert Williams. Burial will be in the Millican Cemetery.
There will be no public viewing.
Surviving are her daughters, Teona Barnett of Whiteville and Breanna Rubin of Charlotte, NC; son, Quincy Rubin of Whiteville; sisters, Cathy Graham of Lake Waccamaw, NC, Priscilla Stout, Charlene Stout, and Sharon Stout of Boston, MA, Latonya Shaw of Whiteville, and Amy McMillian of Fayetteville, NC; brothers, Alex Keel of Atlanta, GA, Joseph McKoy and Charles Campbell of Whiteville.
