Carol Ernestine (Smith) Spaulding

WHITEVILLE—Carol Ernestine Smith Spaulding, 87, of 409 West Burkhead Street, Whiteville, died Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at her residence.

The funeral will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, November 30, at Peoples Funeral Chapel by Dr. Staccato Powell.  Burial will be in the Hallsboro Memorial Park.

Viewing will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and Wednesday one hour prior to the service.

Surviving are her daughters, Carole Evadne Mangum of Fayetteville, NC, Reneé Robinson of the home, Jai Robinson of Whiteville, and Tonya Robinson Ali of Richmond, VA; foster son, Antonio Lamont Wright of Laurinburg, NC; sisters, Joan Lyons and Henrietta Graham of Fairmont, NC.

The family graciously requests that no home visits be made at this time.
