CERRO GORDO, NC—Climnal Durant Jenkins, 79, of 2018 Otto Nance Road, Cerro Gordo, NC, died Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.

The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, October 1, at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 824 Cherry Grove Road, Cerro Gordo, NC.  Burial will be in the Mount Tabor Memorial Gardens.

Viewing will be at the church Saturday following the service.

Surviving are his wife, Verneva Martin Jenkins; children, Scott Jenkins, Eric Jenkins, and Darlene Moore of Charlotte, NC, Belinda Martin of Fayetteville, NC, and Clementine Brown of Cerro Gordo, NC; sisters, Sarah Alford of Cerro Gordo, NC and Jerretta Young of Chadbourn, NC; brothers, Freeman Jenkins of Fayetteville, NC, Roy Jenkins of Glendale, MD, Charles Jenkins of Chadbourn, NC, and Daniel Jenkins of Cerro Gordo, NC.
