BOLTON, NC—Corey Lamott Blanks, Jr., 29, of 1773 Blacksmith Road, Bolton, NC, died Friday, August 13, 2021, at his home.

The funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 21, at The New Townsend Temple Ministries, 273 Smith Lane, Bolton, NC, by Pastor Ruth Freeman.  Burial will be in the Townsend Temple Memorial Gardens.

Viewing will be Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville and at the church Saturday one hour prior to the service.

Surviving are his mother, Chenoa Webb of the home; stepmother, Andrea Blanks of Virginia; maternal grandmother, Ossie Webb of Bolton, NC; sisters, Shequana Webb of Georgia, Jasmine Farris of Bolton, NC, Kimberly Blanks and Kiara Blanks of Virginia, Olivia Blanks and Isabella Tyler of Tennessee; brothers, Dominique Blanks of Leland, NC and Justin Blanks of Virginia.
