\WHITEVILLE—Daniel Hemmingway, 70, of Whiteville, died Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at UNC Health Southeastern.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, June 10, at Cutler Cemetery, 7634 Sam Potts Highway, Lake Waccamaw, NC.

Surviving are his siblings, Clyde Hemmingway, Jr. of Wilmington, NC, Julia Hemmingway of Bronx, NY, Monica Olusajo of Kernersville, NC, and Ella Scarborough of Whiteville.
