WHITEVILLE—Eloise Jeffries Bright, 96, of Whiteville, died Thursday, July 23, 2026, at home.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 30, at Brunswick-Waccamaw Baptist Headquarters, 600 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, NC. Burial will be in the George Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Wednesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the Brunswick-Waccamaw Headquarters Thursday 30 minutes prior to and following the service.
Surviving are her daughter, Joyce Bright of New York; and sister, Betty Ann Jeffries of the home.
