WHITEVILLE—Rev. Eric Louis Smith, 48, of 204 Radio Station Road, Whiteville, died Saturday, June 22, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Friday, June 28, at the Brunswick-Waccamaw Baptist Headquarters, 600 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, by Minister Bo Shaw. Burial will be in the Belvue Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the headquarters Friday one hour prior to and following the service. There is no public viewing on Thursday
Surviving are his daughter, Cierra Smith of Whiteville; sisters, Lisa Smith of California and Tracey Renee Smith of Tabor City; brother, Nigel M. Smith of Whiteville; grandson, Ja-Meer Malik Johnson of Whiteville; and other siblings residing in New York.
Friends may visit the family at 229 East Calhoun Street, Whiteville.
