WHITEVILLE—Ernest Lee Davis, 68, of Whiteville, died Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Thursday, April 18, at Peoples Funeral Chapel by Pastor Robert Williams. Burial, with military honors, will be in the George Cemetery.
Viewing will be at the funeral home Thursday one hour prior to the service.
Surviving are daughter, Latish Gore of Whiteville; son, Gabriel Shipman of Whiteville; sisters, Genean Tyrrell of West Haven, CT, Alice Ellebrey of West Haven, CT, and Gloria Ellebery of Pennsylvania; brother, Jose Ellebery of Bronx, NY.
