Eva Jones Obituary
WHITEVILLE—Eva Gore Jones, 96, of 442 Baldwin Circle, Whiteville, died Saturday, April 18, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
She was the daughter of the late Waddie Harrison Gore and Cassie Ada Hewett Gore.
She was a retired educator and the oldest member of Central Missionary Baptist Church where she served previously as church announcer and Sunday School teacher.
A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 22, at Millican Cemetery, 384 Brown-Maultsby Road, Whiteville, by Rev. David Flowers.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
