HOPE MILLS, NC—George Robert Register, 78, formerly of Whiteville, died Friday, December 19, 2025, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Friday, January 2, at Peoples Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Campground Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday 30 minutes prior to the service.
Surviving is his daughter, Rosalind Abengowe of Hope Mills, NC.
