Gloria Nichols Obituary
HALLSBORO—Gloria Troy Nichols, 67, of 6499 Sam Potts Highway, Hallsboro, died Sunday, August 5, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
She was the daughter of Juanita Greene Troy of Cameron and the late Aaron Troy, Jr. She retired as English teacher from Whiteville High School.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 11, at the Brunswick-Waccamaw Baptist Headquarters, 600 Pinelog Road, Whiteville, by Apostle Boone. Burial will be in the Cutler Cemetery in Lake Waccamaw.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM and at the headquarters Saturday following the service.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Carmen McFarlin of Fayetteville; son, Winfort Aaron Nichols of Whiteville; and brothers, Michael Troy of Spring Lake and Darryl Troy of Germany.
Friends may visit the family at the Nichols home in Hallsboro beginning Thursday, August 9th.
