WHITEVILLE—Hudie Cooper, 79, of 104 Naomi McKenzie Lane, Whiteville, died Sunday, September 1, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Saturday, September 7, at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 5548 Silver Spoon Road, Whiteville, by Rev. Dr. Timothy A. Lance. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Home of Whiteville Friday from 2:00 to 7:00 PM and at the church Saturday following the service.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda M. Cooper; sons, Christopher Stretchin of Philadelphia, PA and Algernon McKenzie of Whiteville.
