WHITEVILLE—James Edward Stafford, 85, of 3200 Union Valley Road, Whiteville, died Wednesday, June 10, at Lower Cape Fear Life Care.
A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, June 15, at Campground Cemetery, 1309 Highway 701 Bypass North, Whiteville by Pastor Gregory Hewett.
Walk-through viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel of Whiteville Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
Surviving are his daughters, Cynthia Randolph and Linda Randolph both of Columbia SC. Sons, Steve Godfrey, Terry Stafford, Scottie Stafford and Stewart Stafford all of New Haven Connecticut, and Jerimiah Yates of Whiteville. Sister, Elizabeth Suggs of Whiteville and Mary Anna Mason of Scotch Plains NJ. Brothers, William Stafford of Whiteville and Samuel Stafford of Lake Waccamaw.
