WILMINGTON, NC—Janie Lee Chestnut Norris, 80, of 1502 Wynstone Court, Wilmington, NC, formerly of Chadbourn, NC, died Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Liberty Commons of Wilmington.
A graveside service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 11, at Belvue Cemetery, 1055 Clarendon-Chadbourn Road, Chadbourn, NC, by Elder Ricky Mason.
Walk-thru viewing will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville.
Surviving are her daughters, Sharon Frink (Tracey) of Wilmington, NC, Debra Norris of Whiteville, NC, Brenda Norris of Chadbourn, NC, and Patricia Johnson (Kevin) of Auburn, NY; sons, Fentress Chestnut (Kim) and Kenny Norris of Lenoir, NC, Eugene Norris (Jennifer) of Schenectady, NY, Lionel Norris of Morrow, GA, Tyrone Norris (Teresa) of Lawrenceville, GA, and Anthony Norris of Chadbourn, NC; sister, Katie Ruth Chestnut Gore of Chadbourn, NC.
