LAGUNA HILLS, CA—Dr. Jesse David Mitchell, 66, formerly of Council, NC, died Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in California.
The funeral will be 2:00 PM Sunday, July 6, at Peoples Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Council, NC.
Viewing and visitation with the family will be at the funeral home Sunday 30 minutes prior to the service.
Surviving are his wife, Dr. Andrea Avery; brothers, MacArthur Mitchell of Charlotte, NC, Charles Mitchell of Killeen, TX, and Ezekiel Mitchell of Ringgold, GA; sisters, Darlene Small of Kansas City, KS, Arlene Penick of Banning, Ca, Jacquelene Adile of Killeen, TX, Carlene Moody of Rolesville, NC, Charlene Mitchell of Charlotte, NC, and Elene Rodgers of Peachland, NC.
