TABOR CITY, NC—Larry Devon Long, 78, of Tabor City, NC, died Thursday, September 7, 2023, at home.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 13, at Little Iron Hill Baptist Church, 24320 Peacock Road, Tabor City, NC. Burial will be in the Bristol Creek Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Wednesday following the service.
Surviving are his daughters, Tangela Singletary and Crystal Long of Tabor City, NC; sons, Samuel Long of Tabor City, NC and Lamont Bostic of Loris, SC; sisters, Mary L. Long of Vermont, Elouise Smith of Tabor City, NC, and Loretta Brooks of Nakina, NC; brothers, Nathaniel Long of New Jersey and Samdrick Long of Tabor City, NC; stepsisters, Audrey Conyers of Tabor City, NC and Rosa Jordan of Whiteville; stepbrother, Henry Faulk of Michigan.
