WHITEVILLE—Lionell Baldwin, 71, of Whiteville, died Saturday, July 11, 2026, at home.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Saturday, July 18, at United Pentecostal Church of Christ #2, 778 Frank Baldwin Road, Whiteville, NC. Burial will be in the Baldwin Family Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Friday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Saturday following the service.
Surviving are his wife, Christine Lewis Baldwin; daughters, Lakisha Baldwin of Jacksonville, NC and Sheree Shipman of Whiteville; son, James Lewis of Whiteville; sister, Tamarah Dettmer of Alaska; brother, Junious Glover of New Jersey.
