DAVENPORT, FL—Maenovia "Honey" Stephens Best, 94, formerly of Whiteville, NC, died Sunday, December 12, 2021, at her home in Davenport, FL.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, December 22, at Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville by Pastor Davon White. Burial will be in the Kelly Cemetery in Bladenboro, NC.
There will be no public viewing.
Surviving are her daughters, Brenda Thomas of Randallstown, MD, Cecilia Mitchell of Wilmington, NC, and Stephanie V. Walker of Davenport, FL; son, Reginald Best of Randallstown, MD; sisters, Alma Stevenson of Columbia, SC, Hester Petty of Jacksonville, FL, and Marie Strickland of Newark, DE.
