Mamie Jacobs Obituary
CLARKTON—Mamie Rebecca Jacobs, 84, of 634 Willie Jacobs Avenue, Clarkton, died Thursday, November 7, at Lower Cape Fear Hospice Angel House.
She was the daughter of the late Willie Cleveland Jacobs and Lois Webb Jacobs.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Monday, November 11, at Union Baptist Church, 2290 Old Northeast Road, Lake Waccamaw, by Pastor Gregory Spaulding. Burial will be in the Mitchell Field Cemetery.
Viewing will be at Union Baptist Church Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at which time the family will receive friends, and Monday one hour prior to the service. There will be no viewing after the service.
Surviving are her daughter, Paula Jacobs (Durkie) of Clarkton; sister, Delphia Skerrett of Philadelphia, PA; grandchildren, Velma Gradea Patrick (Steve) of Bolton, Durkie Dwayne Jacobs (Tammy) of Whiteville, Daniel Sylvester Jacobs (Destiny) of Aiken, SC, and Paul Eugene Jacobs of Clarkton.
