HALLSBORO--Mary Lee Walker Baldwin, 73, of Hallsboro, transitioned into eternal rest on Thursday, June 18, 2020, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
The Homegoing Celebration will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 23, on the lawn of Union Baptist Church, 2290 Old Northeast Road, Lake Waccamaw, by Elder Da’Quan Baldwin. Burial will be in the Hallsboro Memorial Park.
There will be no public viewing.
Survivors are: her son, John Calvin Baldwin, Jr. (Florissa) of Whiteville; daughter, Erica R. Baldwin of the home; sisters, Eloise Harper of Hallsboro and Deborah Walker of Newark, NJ; grandchildren, Brandon, John “Calvin,” Portia, Da’Quan, Janee, Michael Montrell, and John Calvin, III; 13 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Friends may visit the family at the home of Erica Baldwin in Hallsboro, NC.
It is imperative that Personal Protective Equipment (masks) be implemented for the viewing and the entire service.
