JERSEY CITY, NJ—Melvin Faulk, 72, formerly of Chadbourn, died Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Jersey City Medical Center.
He was the son of the late Clyde Jefferson Faulk and Mattie Mae Owens Faulk.
A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 22, at Belvue Cemetery, 1055 Clarendon-Chadbourn Road, Chadbourn, by Rev. Jerry Ganus.
Walk-through viewing will be Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville.
Surviving are his daughter, Dianna Faye Sumpter of South Carolina; son, Matthew Sanders of South Carolina; sisters, Hestella Faulk and Josephine Faulk of Jersey City, NJ; brother, Ernest Faulk of Lumberton; and five grandchildren.
