COUNCIL, NC—Norman Jerry Dunlap, Jr., 62, of council, NC, died Sunday, July 19, 2026, at Bladen East Health & Rehab Center.
His funeral will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 31, at Praise Tabernacle Seventy-day Adventist Church, 3710 James B. White Highway South, Whiteville, NC. Cremation will follow.
Viewing will be at the church Friday 30 minutes prior to and following the service.
Surviving are his wife, Sheila Rene Jackson Dunlap; children, Nitisha Jackson-Dunlap of Whiteville and Chelsea Jackson of Council, NC; father, Norman Jerry Dunlap of Ohio; sisters, Tawanna Zimmerman of Colorado and Cummings of Tennessee.
