CLARKTON, NC—Oswald Franklin Williams, 69, of 6064 Silver Spoon Road, Clarkton, NC, died Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at his daughter’s residence in Honolulu, Hawaii.

He was the son of the late Herbert Franklin Williams and Ethel Newsom Williams.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, April 10, on the grounds of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 5548 Silver Spoon Road, Whiteville, NC, by Dr. Timothy A. Lance.

Surviving are his daughters, Edwyna Williams Brooks (Anthony) of Honolulu, HI, Melinda Williams Nixon (Dwayne) of Fairbanks, AK, and Brittany Nicole Williams (Jeremy) of Norwood, NC; sister, Joslyn Williams Allen of Winston-Salem, NC; and five grandchildren.
