WHITEVILLE—Roy Lee Henry, 80, of 732 Pinewood Drive, Whiteville, NC, died Sunday, April 13, 2025, at home.
The funeral will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 22, at Saint John Baptist Church, 888 Tommie Wooten Road, Chadbourn, NC. Burial will be in the Mitchell Field Cemetery in Clarkton, NC.
Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Tuesday following the service.
Surviving are his wife, Sylvia Mitchell Henry; sister, Patricia H. Turner of Clinton, MD; brothers, James E. Henry of Waldorf, MD, Joseph A. Henry of Hyattsville, MD, and Johnnie Henry of Washington, DC.
