WHITEVILLE—Shirley Ann Lecount Troy, 79, of Whiteville, died Sunday, May 17, at Autumn Care Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Shallotte.

A graveside service, for immediate family only, will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 23, at Campground Cemetery, 1309 Highway 701 Bypass North, Whiteville, by Pastor Algernon McKenzie of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.

Walk-through viewing will be Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville.

Surviving are her daughter, Sharon Troy of Ft. Washington, MD; grandchildren, Rashell Higgins and Larry Higgins of Ft. Washington, MD; great-grandchildren, Marcus Cuff, Jr. and Kaleah Higgins of Ft. Washington, MD.
