BOLTON, NC—Solomon William Toon, 85, of Bolton, NC, died Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Whiteville.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, June 13, at The Refuge Church, 110 West Smith Street, Chadbourn, NC, by Elder Cornelius Wesley. Burial will be in the Restwell Cemetery #1 in Bolton, NC.
Viewing will be at the church Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
Surviving are his daughters, Fonda Clark of Whiteville, Stephanie Genwright of Fayetteville, NC, and Charonda Gerald of New Jersey; son, Christopher Featherson of Hallsboro, NC; sisters, Presheila Campbell and Minnie Jones of Whiteville; brothers, Tommy Woods of Columbia, SC, Darnell Ford and Carnell Woods of Florida, and Leroy Woods of New York.
