CHADBOURN, NC—Sylvia Daphene Tart McQueen, 62, of 76 Old Stake Road, Chadbourn, NC, died Sunday, January 10, 2021, at her home.
She was a registrar at Southeastern Community College.
A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, January 16, at Belvue Cemetery, 1055 Clarendon-Chadbourn Road, Chadbourn, NC, by Pastor Jerry Ganus of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church.
Walk-thru viewing will be Friday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Chapel in Whiteville.
Surviving are her father, James Martin Tart of Chadbourn, NC; brother, James Lonnell Tart (Queen) of Riegelwood, NC; sisters, Kathy Brown (Hallie) of Fairmont, NC, Sherry Bartley of Chadbourn, NC, and Denise Davis of Whiteville, NC.
