Tarnisha Arlena (Bryant) Mitchell

RIEGELWOOD, NC—Tarnisha Arlena Bryant Mitchell, 50, of 821 Sand Hole Road, Riegelwood, NC, died Monday, March 13, 2023, at Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center. 

The funeral will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 22, at Mt. Pleasant AME Zion Church, 15956 Old Lake Road, Riegelwood, NC, by Pastor Ruth Freeman of The New Townsend Temple Ministries.  Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery.

Viewing will be at Peoples Funeral Chapel Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and at the church Wednesday following the service.

Surviving are her husband, Richard Mitchell; children, Tamesha Bryant, Xavier Walker, Tashanti Walker, Tadeja Walker, and Brittany Mitchell of Riegelwood, NC; mother, Sheila Randolph of Riegelwood, NC; brothers, Anwar Bryant of Riegelwood, NC and Linwood Randolph, Jr. of Wisconsin.
