BOLTON, NC—Thansuel Elmore Brown, 68, of Bolton, NC, died Friday, December 27, 2024, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.

The funeral will be 1:30 PM Saturday, January 4, at The New Townsend Temple Ministries, 273 Smith Lane, Bolton, NC, by Pastor Ruth Freeman.  Burial will be in the Smith Family Cemetery.

Visitation with the family will be at the church Saturday 30 minutes prior to the service.

Surviving are his wife, Carol Brown; son, Thanshawn Howard; sisters, Brenda Pender of Bolivia, NC, Gwendolyn Dacons of Statesville, NC, Sharon Brown of Whiteville, and Deborah Brown of Atlanta, GA; brother, Lofton Brown of Bolton, NC.
